Refunds & Returns: All our products are inspected and packaged before shipping. EVER LOLA CANDLES, LLC Return policy is 10 days of original purchase date, unused and in original form. If item (s) are damaged upon arrival, we will replace it with actual proof of damage within 3 business days of delivery. Please email photographic proof of damaged delivered item(s) to everlolacandles@gmail.com. Subject: "Damaged Delivered Items"...We will contact you directly to approve or decline your return. You will be responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non refundable.

Shipping: Orders are processed within 7-10 business days from the initial order date to ship out. Regardless of shipping method. During the Holiday seasons please expect delays that are out of our control due to the busiest times of the year. We will uphold our end on shipping all orders out in a timely basis.

We use 100% cotton wicks and also Eco-friendly, clean burning wooden wicks made in the USA. We Strive to bring you non toxic living at its best! Taking pride in Paraben free, Lead free and Phthalates free products to enjoy. Our candles are made in the USA.

Candle Care & Safety: Safety is our number one priority. Keep candles out of reach from children and pets. Be extra vigilant with open flames. Avoid burning a candle near drafts, windows and or vents. Never touch or move a candle when it is hot or the wax is liquefied. Always trim your candle wicks before each & every burn. Do not burn for longer than 3-4 hours at a time. Completely extinguish the candle(s). Do not blow out your candles. Use a candle snuffer to extinguish the candle completely. Discoloration, uneven or bumps before or after candle burn is completely normal with 100% Natural Soy Wax. Mushroom wick can occur when candles have been burning for prolonged periods. Please do not burn candle(s) longer than 3-4 hours at a time. Stop use of candle when less than 1/2" wax remains at the bottom of the vessel. Enjoy !
